GENERAL RETURN POLICY

If the product will be refunded, returned, or exchanged there will be a charge on Shipping Fee According to Material, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit. You have to return the product within 5-7 working days of your purchase.

Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempting the products: Acrylic sheets, Jet Filter Cage, Milling Fabric, and Others.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

If applicable we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. If you need to ship the product using any Carrier, please use the following shipping address: 12-15, 1st Floor, Sabzi Market, Chowk Hauze Kazi, Delhi – 110006. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 5-7 working days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 5-7 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:
